What is Decimal?

Decimal is an AI support agent that helps your engineering and support teams resolve customer issues faster. It investigates tickets by searching your codebase, knowledge base articles, logs, and custom tools.

How Decimal Works

When a support ticket comes in, Decimal’s AI agent:
