Integrations connect Decimal to the tools your team already uses. The more data sources you connect, the more effectively the AI agent can investigate and resolve support tickets.

Integration Categories

  • Code Repositories Connect GitHub or GitLab to enable code search across your repositories.
  • Ticketing & Support Import tickets from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Plain, Intercom, TeamSupport, Pylon, or Slack.
  • Knowledge Platforms Sync knowledge articles from Notion databases.
  • Enterprise ITSM Connect ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Salesforce.
  • AI Tools Extend the AI agent with MCP servers for additional capabilities.
  • Observability Query logs and metrics from Datadog, CloudWatch, GCP, SigNoz, Incident.io, or PagerDuty.
  • Data Warehouses Query Snowflake or Databricks for customer data insights.

Managing Integrations

All integrations are managed from the Integrations page in the sidebar (admin access required). Each integration shows its connection status:
  • Green indicator: Connected and active
  • Configure button: Not yet connected
Click on any integration to configure or manage it. Need an integration that isn’t listed? Click Request at the bottom of the Integrations page to let us know.
