What It Does
- Syncs tickets from your Zendesk account into Decimal
- Writes resolutions back as comments on the original Zendesk ticket
- Imports ticket conversations including all messages, attachments, and metadata
- Keeps tickets updated as new messages are added in Zendesk
Connecting Zendesk
- Navigate to Integrations: Go to the Integrations page in the sidebar.
- Click Zendesk: Click on the Zendesk integration row to open the configuration modal.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain: Provide your Zendesk subdomain (e.g.,
yourcompanyforyourcompany.zendesk.com). - Provide API credentials: Enter your Zendesk email and API token.
- Connect: Click Connect to save and begin syncing tickets.
