What It Does

  • Syncs tickets from your TeamSupport account into Decimal
  • Writes resolutions back as comments on the original TeamSupport ticket
  • Imports ticket conversations with customer and agent messages
  • Keeps tickets updated as they progress in TeamSupport

Connecting TeamSupport

  1. Navigate to Integrations: Go to the Integrations page in the sidebar.
  2. Click TeamSupport: Click on the TeamSupport integration row to open the configuration modal.
  3. Provide your API credentials: Enter your TeamSupport API credentials.
  4. Connect: Click Connect to save and begin syncing tickets.
