The Freshdesk integration imports your support tickets into Decimal for AI-powered analysis.

What It Does

  • Syncs tickets from your Freshdesk account into Decimal
  • Writes resolutions back as comments on the original Freshdesk ticket
  • Imports ticket conversations with all messages and metadata
  • Keeps tickets updated as conversations progress in Freshdesk

Connecting Freshdesk

  1. Navigate to Integrations: Go to the Integrations page in the sidebar.
  2. Click Freshdesk: Click on the Freshdesk integration row to open the configuration modal.
  3. Enter your Freshdesk domain: Provide your Freshdesk domain (e.g., yourcompany.freshdesk.com).
  4. Provide your API key: Enter your Freshdesk API key.
  5. Connect: Click Connect to save and begin syncing.
You can find your Freshdesk API key under Profile Settings in your Freshdesk account.
