The Snowflake integration lets Decimal’s AI agent query your data warehouse when investigating support tickets, providing access to customer-specific data and metrics.

What It Does

  • Queries customer data to understand the customer’s account, subscription, and usage
  • Looks up transaction history or event logs stored in Snowflake
  • Provides data context to help the agent give more informed responses

Connecting Snowflake

  1. Navigate to Integrations: Go to the Integrations page in the sidebar.
  2. Click Snowflake: Click on the Snowflake integration row to open the configuration modal.
  3. Enter your Snowflake account: Provide your Snowflake account identifier.
  4. Provide credentials: Enter the username, password, warehouse, database, and schema for the connection.
  5. Connect: Click Connect to save and activate the integration.
For security, create a dedicated Snowflake user with read-only access to the specific tables the AI agent should be able to query.
